Save the Children Stabilize Aceh’s Future Environment (SAFE) program goal is to reduce food insecurity among conflict affected people in selected sub-districts of Pidie and Bireun. The program will support interventions in health/nutrition, agriculture and livehood sector. Stabilize Aceh’s Future Environment (SAFE) Program is looking for experienced candidates for vacancies that require to be filled immediately. The vacant position is:

SAFE Deputy Program Manager (code: SAFE DPM) – Pidie base

The overall responsibilities are assist Program Manager to contribution for effective and efficiency of SAFE Program through Coordination and Management of all aspects of SAFE Program e.g. developing strategies and work plans in line with detailed implementation plan for effectiveness, monitor and evaluate the effective implementation of SAFE Program activities. Support and supervise SAFE Sector Coordinators, relationship building, monitor budget performance. Candidate should have a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Healthy/Nutrition of Agriculture, have at least 6 years in similar position plus practical experience in food security matters.

General Requirments:

• Computer Literature.
• Outstanding leadership and supervision skills, proven problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill both English and Indonesian.
• Preferably have previous experience in international organization/company.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work as team and independently.
